Please read the following points on Warranty before you bid / purchase this item. Do not place order if you do not accept these terms. Once you submit your order, it means that you have read, understand all the points below and agreed on / accepted them.

• We provide our product(s) with ONE Year Manufacturer Warranty, starting from the date in which the product(s) has / have been successfully delivered.
• Please also read our Return / Exchange Policy for further details.
• We provide our merchandise(s) with 12 months warranty, starting from the date in which the merchandise(s) has / have been successfully delivered.
• If merchandise(s) is / are defective within the warranty period, we will replace it / them with a new one after you have received the item(s) for 2 weeks (15 days). If you have received it / them for more than 2 weeks (15 days), we will repair the defective item(s) for you.
• We ARE NOT responsible for all shipping costs, insurance fee, any other service charges and any loss when returning the defective merchandise(s) for replacement / repairation.
• We are not responsible for shipping costs and insurance fee at any circumstances. They fee must be settled before we send out the new item(s) again.
• Warranty label must not be broken. Otherwise, we will refuse to replace / repair the faulty item(s).
• Returned item(s) must not be damaged by any means. Otherwise, no replacement / repairation will be made.
• Please kindly ship us back the product(s) with a traceable means. In case that you cannot provide us with a tracking number, we reserve the right to refuse your request of replacement / repairation.
• No refund will be made unless we initiate this option to you under the condition that you have successfully received the product(s) for less than 2 weeks (14 days).
• No refund of shipping and insurance fee under any circumstances.
• All accessories, manual, the product itself MUST BE in its¡¯ original condition and packing box. Otherwise, no refund will be made.
• If we agree to make a refund, open-boxed merchandise is subjected to a 20% Restocking Fee where applicable. 80% of the unit price will be refunded within 14 business days after we have committed to refund you the payment.
• If problems occur, please contact us first before you initiate any action, we shall do our best to resolve it.

Title: Trademarks, Patents and Copyright
Introduction:The buyer must give us an authorization in writing that the trademarks, patent numbers or any other intellectual property which are used on the products are owned by the buyer. We will not take action to violate, alliterate, remove, alter, conceal or misuse any such marks, trade name or copyrights.

Title: Develop New Product
Introduction:Buyers are warmly welcome to develop new products with us. If the mould charge is borne by us while developing the new products, the buyer must assure us of an order quantity. We will have to sell , freely if the buyer cannot assure such a quantity. If the mould charge is borne by the buyer, we will make for the buyer at any quantity and will not sell to anyone else unless agreed by the buyer. A mould for a new product will not be made unless the price and quantity are agreed between the buyer and us.
